All items ordered at CAT Computers will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full, and is in stock at the time of order (Funds reflecting in our account is considered payment in Full).
Should the goods not be available/in stock, you must allow between 3 and 7 working days for delivery, including freight transit time, as required.
In the unlikely event that your order is placed on backorder, you shall be notified and an estimated time of dispatch/delivery can then be established.
All Deliveries are to door via Collivery. Collivery delivery times are generally Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00; these times include major city centre, regional areas, as well as outlying areas. These times exclude public holidays. Saturday deliveries may be arranged, which would entail extra surcharges. Please contact us should you require the use of this facility.
All orders placed on weekends and public holidays shall only be processed on the following working day.
Should we not supply you with the goods, due to any fault of our own, we will not charge you for these and will refund any money already paid for the undelivered goods. Should non-delivery be due to your fault, such as an incorrect address being supplied to us, you will be liable for additional charges, including delivery charges.
Once your item has left our premises for delivery, the delivery charge becomes non-refundable with no exceptions.
In the event of your placing an order for an incorrect or inappropriate product including incompatibility issues arising from P.C component purchases, then you shall bear the costs of returning the product to us, and shall only be swapped at the discretion of the supplier in question, together with any courier charges incurred in sending the correct product to you. In such instances, we charge a 25% handling fee on the price of the incorrectly ordered goods.
Occasionally packages are returned undeliverable, should this be the case every attempt shall be made to contact you to arrange for delivery to be completed. Should an item be returned as undeliverable a delivery charge will be issued for the re-delivery of your item.
During The Holiday Season
We will remain available for placing orders every day throughout the entire holiday season. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times after the 17th of December till the 5th of January.
Normal delivery policies will be back to normal from the 5th of January.

Returns and Warranties
All items at CAT Computers are covered by a minimum 1yr carry-in warranty, with the exception of cellular accessories that carry a 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Should a fault arise with any item, the item must be returned to CAT Computers or the nearest local repair centres where applicable and is most convenient for you with prior arrangement.
If you are outside PTA, and unable to return the product to us, we shall send our courier to collect the faulty product from you and deliver it back when ready at the current delivery fee which would include the collection fee as well. Full payment will need to be done prior to the collection and when ready for dispatch.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned. We shall only accept returns within 7 days from dispatch of goods, provided the product is in its original unopened packaging.
We do not provide refunds for any item, unless otherwise stated, however, should an item be returned for whatsoever reason, a credit note/CAT Computers Voucher shall be issued. Please note this is only applicable within 7 days from dispatch of goods.
Should an item be an OBF (Out of Box Failure), the item must be returned and this shall be swapped out within 72hrs provided stock is available. Please take note, in terms of Cellular Handsets, the OBF requirement is a talk-time of no more than 15 minutes and within the 7 day period.
Should any item’s show signs of physical damage, lightning, power surge or moisture damage the warranty will be null and void.
In terms of faulty products:
Should the faulty product be replaced by the manufacturer/supplier, the customer shall then be provided with the replacement item. Alternatively, should the product require repair work, the repair shall be carried out by the respective manufacturers and/or their authorized repair centre. Unfortunately, repair centre turnaround times vary; these circumstances are beyond our control.
